We've stayed at Bonnie Doon many times and always enjoy our time at this cabin. Great for families and the location is unbeatable!

The house was great, the hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Being able to ski in and ski out was perfect!

Waking up to those mountain views and stepping out the door onto fresh corduroy is something we won't forget. Spotless cabin and incredibly thoughtful hosts.

Brought the whole family up for a long weekend — the wood stove, the hot tub, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Felt like home, only better.

Summer at Sunrise Chalet exceeded every expectation. Hiking trails out the door, alpine flowers everywhere, and unbelievable sunsets from the deck.

Double Black Retreat is brand new and it shows — beautifully designed, warm, and you really do step right onto the run. We'll be back next season.

The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Local recommendations were spot-on, and the cabin was even better than the photos. Highly recommend.

Came up for a guys' ski trip — five-bedroom layout was perfect, parking for everyone's gear, and the location can't be beat. Already booked for next year.

Mountain biking on Hudson Bay all summer long, then back to the cabin for the hot tub. This place is genuinely special — quiet, comfortable, breathtaking.

We had a wonderful and magical weekend at the Bonnie Doon cabin with our extended family! We were fortunate to have some snow and the space was such a fun and unique space to spend a few days, right on the side of the ski track. It had everything we needed and more than we could expect.

Great ski in ski out place with lots of space. Beds are comfortable and everything is well maintained. Hot tub is amazing too!

We have stayed here before and our family absolutely loves this place. It's a great setup in a peaceful location right off the trail. Nicole was a fantastic host who's friendly, accommodating, and excellent with communication. We can't wait to stay here again. Ski hill, mountaintop accommodation — it doesn't get much better!

Great space for 3 families. Came for a ski trip and it was awesome to be able to ski from the backdoor to the lower chair and at the end of the day to ski right to the door. We especially appreciated all the hooks in the boot room, the hot tub and the toys.

My family really enjoyed our stay celebrating my mom's 60th! There was space for everyone and the cabin was well stocked. The location is wonderful and made for a great ski in/ski out experience. The hot tub was a lovely added bonus!

Our group of 8 had a blast staying at the Bonnie Doon. Ski in, ski out with a hot tub is never a bad thing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay on the hill between the chair lift and panorama T-bar. The home accommodates a large group very well! The wood stove is so cozy and warm. We'd love to stay again if ever back in the area.

Our 3 families of 14 fit amazingly. Enjoyed the ski in and ski out location. Hot tub, fire pit were a wonderful addition. Cabin clean, cozy kitchen and living area! Bathroom on each floor was epic. Spacious entry downstairs — lots of room to hang winter gear.

We highly recommend this cabin for your next group skiing adventure! The cabin was clean and quiet, and in a beautiful location. Great for families, and responsive hosts. We would look to stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay at the Bonnie Doon. It was very family friendly, lots of toys, books and fun things to do for kids. The ski in ski out was amazing and they were wonderful and responsive hosts. I'd highly recommend this spot!

The house was laid out amazingly, even for large groups! The house is stocked extremely well. The morning sunrises were stunning! Ski in/ski out was literally out the back door and jumping in the hot tub after skiing was the perfect ending to a great day.

Beautiful location to play in the snow and watch the sunrise over the mountain!

Nicole's place was perfect for our family Christmas. Lots of space and beds. Wood stove was great with plenty of firewood. The new hot tub was perfect for an evening of unwinding. The ski in and out location was great — everyone appreciated this convenience. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more. I highly recommend Nicole's beautiful home.

We came to coach a volleyball camp in Smithers and Bonnie Doon was a perfect place to decompress at the end of the day with its peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. Nicole was a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future.

Magical and idyllic.

The space was perfect for family memories to be made. Being able to ski right to the back door and have a soak in the hot tub after was perfect. The bedrooms and living spaces were conducive to family time. Wonderful place.

We had such a wonderful time at Bonnie Doon Inn! It is a gorgeous alpine style house in the mountains, surrounded by trees, fresh air and stunning views. The photos don't do the place justice — it really is a unique stay. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for more. We would highly recommend this place in any season.

First time booking and we absolutely loved the place! Was perfect for our group! Lots of room and great sleeping accommodations!

We had such a wonderful stay in Nicole's cabin. Nicole was such a great host — very responsive and helpful. The cabin is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay on a mountain: fireplace, hot tub, amazing view, great room for kids! We all enjoyed being able to ski out first thing after breakfast and come home for lunch. We have made some great memories and definitely would like to go back again!

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities — the ski run to the chairlift is right in the back yard.

Awesome location for a fun ski getaway. Close to the cross country ski centre and right on the hill. The house is full of anything you might need and lots of room for a weekend away with friends or family. We used the pizza oven and all supplies were there — it was a fun experience.

Great place to stay! The views of the mountains and sunrise were amazing. The proximity to the ski hill — 1 min from the run — is so handy. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day's ski. The beds were all comfortable and clean, and the wood stove warms the place up fast!

We had an amazing time with a group of friends for closing weekend at the cabin. The balcony, barbecue and hot tub were a hit. The cabin accommodated our large group with ease and the large boot room made it an easy transition to skiing each day. Would love to stay again in future ski seasons!

Nicole's place is even nicer than the pictures online. Perfect size for 3 couples. We appreciated the big comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace and cozy couch, and ample dining space. We made good use of the hot tub and the Blackstone grill. Great place to stay for a ski getaway — loved the generous mud room. Hudson Bay Mountain had great snow and an excellent variety of runs.

We had an amazing time at the chalet and the hot tub was an amazing bonus! We saw lots of wildlife driving up each day, and the wood stove was so cozy with lots of wood provided. Thank you again for a great stay!

We had the best time staying at Double Black! The home was ski in/ski out and the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best. The home was super clean and not cluttered. Loved the real wood burning fireplace. Would 100% stay again!

My group of four had a great time here! The location is beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the birds off the patio. The hosts were very accommodating for an earlier check in and a later check out, and they were always quick to respond. We hope to return in the future!

Several families stayed here together for a kids' ski race, and it was perfect — the ski in, ski out was very convenient and the house was very well-equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a long day on the hill!

Lee's place was great — it's our second time there. Right beside the ski run that brings you to the main lift. Very quiet, plenty of beds, lots of amenities in the kitchen, and birds visit you on the deck. Lee was very communicative and allowed us an early check in. A very wonderful place.

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. The chalet is big enough for 4 families and although packed, didn't feel too small. Lee was a great host and made the stay easy and enjoyable.

This is the third year we stay in Sunrise Chalet and we loved it! Close to the hill — perfect for early morning skiing! The house is big enough for 3 families. Lee is always very quick responding. We had such an amazing weekend and can't wait to return!

The place was great. Right next to the lower Sidewinder run that takes you to the Skyline Chair, and skiing right back to it was easy. Lee communicated quickly and there was plenty of supplies and amenities. Large dwelling and great view — Sunrise Chalet is right. The mornings were beautiful.

Lots of room in this house to spread out. A perfect little spot off the driveway for the kids to go sledding. Ski out was visible from the back deck. The wood heat was so lovely and the kitchen had all the basic necessities. We will be back!

The home is located on the picturesque Hudson Bay mountain. Very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was super responsive and had a fire going to make the home cozy for our arrival.

Stayed here while on a work trip — such a great spot! Lee had the fire going for us when we showed up and everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a quiet place to relax that's a bit out of town. There are also some nice hikes nearby.

We had a 3 night stay in Sunrise Chalet in Smithers. The house is very beautiful and cosy, great location if you enjoy skiing! We stayed with 11 people and it was great. Definitely will go there again!
